Website case study
TIP M Trans - a clearer digital presence for international transport.
A business website for a transport company operating from Bitola, presenting its European transport services, fleet capabilities, safety measures and direct quote pathways.
The challenge
Potential transport clients need to understand capability, safety and reliability quickly. The website had to explain an operationally complex service in two languages without turning each page into a dense list of technical details.
My approach
I organised the content around the questions a customer asks before requesting a quote: where the company operates, what it transports, how shipments are monitored and how to get in touch. I designed the page hierarchy, edited the website copy and built the responsive WordPress experience, using visual emphasis to make key trust signals easy to scan.
What I delivered
- Service-led architecture for transport, tracking, insurance and support
- Macedonian and English content hierarchy
- Website design and responsive WordPress implementation
- Clear quote and contact pathways throughout the site
- Image preparation and cross-device visual QA
The final structure turns detailed operational information into a direct, credible business story.
